(TSX-V: QX) (“QX Metals” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that further to its news release of August 17, 2020 the Company will change its name to Gold Bull Resources Corp. effective August 26, 2020, and the trading symbol will change to “GBRC”. The new CUSIP for the Company’s common shares is 380556100 and ISIN is CA3805561006.
No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Issued share certificates representing common shares of the Company will not be affected by the change of name and will not need to be exchanged.
The Company also wishes to advise that Rory Kutluoglu, VP Exploration and Rob Duncan, Chief Operating Officer, will be resigning their roles with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Kutluoglu and Mr. Duncan for their commitment to QX Metals.
